The Ka'anapali Royal is located on the 16th fairway and is only a five minute walk down to beautiful white sand Ka'anapali Beach. The Ka'anapali Royal has a pool area complete with pool, jacuzi, sauna, lounge chairs & an area for parties - the pool has shallow wide steps and is ideal for children. Two lighted tennis courts are on the property. Enjoy the ocean & golf course view from this ground floor apartment which is ideal for families with children. You can walk out the sliding glass doors (from master bedroom or the living room) onto the covered deck and lawns. Relax in this beautifully decorated, 2,000 sq. ft. apartment. Some of the special features include: Two bedrooms - the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 19-inch television, desk & work area. The second bedroom has two twin beds & the couch is a queen sleeper. Two large full bathrooms, a full size washer/dryer & central air conditioning. A complete kitchen & separate dining area with microwave oven. A large living room & entertainment area that includes a stereo with cassette deck & CD player, a 24 inch T.V. with cable & a VCR! A double private lanai with a gas barbeque & dining area. We have put some little extras into our apartment.
